Unbelievable service! Patti is extremely knowledgeable, patient and was able to explain everything to my husband and I in simple terms. Things can be quite confusing in the mortgage world but Patti made sure that everything made sense to us. She would answer emails and phone calls on the weekends and always checked in with us to let us know how things were progressing. At the end of the process it felt like Patti was a part of the family! Tom Pflaumer was recommended to us by our CPA. We reached out to Tom several years ago to refinance our house, but Tom was unable to help us at that time. We were upside down with respect to the value of our home.
Tom never gave up, however. He kept in touch, watched home values, and worked with us until our home value, credit portfolio, etc., were aligned to enable us to work out a much more advantageous deal. We were able to pay off a second… mortgage with a high interest rate and another account. Our new payment, which includes the property taxes, is lower than the old payments.
