I just completed a mortgage refinance with Patti Handy from American Family Funding and I was extremely pleased with her knowledge and friendly and professional service. It was a complicated transaction that required some extensive paperwork and she explained what was need and why and helped me whenever I needed assistance with a positive and upbeat attitude. The processors and underwriting all worked well together and she uses an escrow officer that is outstanding too! A really great experience and we funded our loan in 30 days! Can't say enough about Patti and her work.

Fred and American Family Funding are the best! We've been using them for loans and refinances since 2002, when we bought our first condo. He helped us get the best rate and the best loan every time. He's always come through when we had problems as well. Once a lender approved us, then realized my wife was on maternity leave in the middle of escrow, and decided to cancel our loan, past our contingencies. Fred got us another lender at the last minute, with an even better term, which really saved us. They're great!
