Patti Handy was recommended to my husband and I by our realtor when the lender we had chosen was missing deadlines and unresponsive. We started the loan application over with Patti and in one week she had moved it along faster than the first lender in three weeks. She kept in contact to let us know what needed to be done, sent email videos that explained every step, and was genuinely concerned with helping us get through the approval process to get our new home. I usually do not take time to write reviews but I can't say enough about Fred and what he was able to do for us. We were just about to give up on our purchase after being in escrow for over 45 days and hitting road block after road block. Our house and piece of property proved to be an obstacle to lend on due to a few things. Fred took our loan over and knew what the issues were, closed in about two weeks with a interest rate that was far less than we were able to get else where on the type of loan needed for this property. We are ecstatic to be moving in soon after almost giving up on this property we fell in love with the day we went to view it.
