Fred did a great job. In 2013 we had some financial issues arise that affected our credit (not bk or foreclosure), we have been working hard since then to make up for what used to be amazing credit. We weren't quiet ready to refi our mortgage, but some medical issues came up that made it inevitable. Over that last few months we reached out to 3 other lenders/brokers (including the major bank that had our original first and second) and they would recommend whatever was stated on their rate sheet. But Fred is a problem solver and went above and beyond what the others didn't seem to want to do. He was responsive and is hard working. I highly recommend him!

Fred and American Family Funding are the best! We've been using them for loans and refinances since 2002, when we bought our first condo. He helped us get the best rate and the best loan every time. He's always come through when we had problems as well. Once a lender approved us, then realized my wife was on maternity leave in the middle of escrow, and decided to cancel our loan, past our contingencies. Fred got us another lender at the last minute, with an even better term, which really saved us. They're great!
