Our transaction was not an easy one and required a lot of documentation but Patti was always on top of what was need and why and very happy to assist me in any way that I needed. She has a great relationship with the processors and underwriters and an excellent escrow officer that also went out of her way to complete our refinance in 30 days! Fred did an amazing job! He got us a loan when we were told it was impossible due to opening a new business. He also ended up coordinating and facilitating what would traditionally fall on the realtor. Would definitly recommend.
