Fernando es una persona muy profecional. 100 % bilingue lo cual me hizo sentir bien informada y muy segura durante el proceso. El fue excelente para responder al momento o en minutos todas mis llamadas, emails y mensajes. Sus respuestas a todas mis preguntas fueron claras y honestas. Cualquier preocupacion que tuve fue tomada con importancia y concideracion. Devido a siertas situaciones personales yo pense que el proceso de la compra de mi casa seria mas complicado pero Fernando, Andrea y Kennedy (mi agente de bienes raices) formaron un excelente equipo de trabajo logrando el cierre de la compra de mi casa sin problema alguno y en un tiempo menor de lo usual. Fred did a great job. In 2013 we had some financial issues arise that affected our credit (not bk or foreclosure), we have been working hard since then to make up for what used to be amazing credit. We weren't quiet ready to refi our mortgage, but some medical issues came up that made it inevitable. Over that last few months we reached out to 3 other lenders/brokers (including the major bank that had our original first and second) and they would recommend whatever was stated on their rate sheet. But Fred is a problem solver and went above and beyond what the others didn't seem to want to do. He was responsive and is hard working. I highly recommend him!
