Jake was fantastic! Seriously! I’m no mortgage expert, and he broke everything down and helped me to understand each and every step along the way. He was always available if I had a question, no matter what time of the day or night. He was extremely kind and courteous with each and every interaction I had with him. Not only was he very helpful, but he kept everything going in a timely fashion and made sure it all funded and closed exactly on time. I couldn’t possibly be more pleased.
Fred and his team have provided me with excellent service for three home refinances. They were always there to answer any questions I had to make the loan experience fast and friendly. Now they have on line videos to make the loan even easier.
