Anna was on top of everything. We had a tight timeline and various complexity and in the end we got a great rate and closed on time very smoothly. If you want to avoid those last minute "oh whoops" deals that you get so often then use Anna.

Fred and American Family Funding are the best! We've been using them for loans and refinances since 2002, when we bought our first condo. He helped us get the best rate and the best loan every time. He's always come through when we had problems as well. Once a lender approved us, then realized my wife was on maternity leave in the middle of escrow, and decided to cancel our loan, past our contingencies. Fred got us another lender at the last minute, with an even better term, which really saved us. They're great!
