We've know Fred for over 25 years and have done multiple mortgages with him. We've recently retired, and found that our mortgage opportunities have changed significantly and have become much more challenging without regular employment income. Fred and his team met these challenges head on, and came up with a customized plan that met our needs perfectly. And as always, the process was smooth and conducted with the highest degree of integrity.
Fred did a great job. In 2013 we had some financial issues arise that affected our credit (not bk or foreclosure), we have been working hard since then to make up for what used to be amazing credit. We weren't quiet ready to refi our mortgage, but some medical issues came up that made it inevitable. Over that last few months we reached out to 3 other lenders/brokers (including the major bank that had our original first and second) and they would recommend whatever was stated on their rate sheet. But Fred is a problem solver and went above and beyond what the others didn't seem to want to do. He was responsive and is hard working. I highly recommend him!

Everyone in your office was extremely personable, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient (the list could go on and on). Not only have they mastered the nuances of their industry but they have also mastered the art of providing superior customer service. When they were helping me with something it was as though I was their only client; their focus was on helping me without any distractions.
