Fred and American Family Funding are the best! We've been using them for loans and refinances since 2002, when we bought our first condo. He helped us get the best rate and the best loan every time. He's always come through when we had problems as well. Once a lender approved us, then realized my wife was on maternity leave in the middle of escrow, and decided to cancel our loan, past our contingencies. Fred got us another lender at the last minute, with an even better term, which really saved us. They're great!

Patti was always honest with me and told me what my options were and was available to answer any questions and concerns that I had. It was my first refinance experience, and was a good one. She always kept me in the loop throughout the process. It can be stressful for all, but I knew the process would take a while. She and her team were very patient and understanding when I had to explain the status of my line of work. Fortunately in the end, it worked out!
