Tom Pflaumer was recommended to us by our CPA. We reached out to Tom several years ago to refinance our house, but Tom was unable to help us at that time. We were upside down with respect to the value of our home.
Tom never gave up, however. He kept in touch, watched home values, and worked with us until our home value, credit portfolio, etc., were aligned to enable us to work out a much more advantageous deal. We were able to pay off a second… mortgage with a high interest rate and another account. Our new payment, which includes the property taxes, is lower than the old payments.
