There aren't many people I work with that I could say this about, but Jilyn is an absolute joy to work with. She is very considerate of the needs of me and my family, she works all hours of the day, and will always go to above and beyond her duties.

I felt that Fred was patient and supportive in explaining all of the options within the complex process of buying a house and he was willing to repeat things, that I didn’t understand the first time, without causing me to feel pressured or overwhelmed. I usually do not take time to write reviews but I can't say enough about Fred and what he was able to do for us. We were just about to give up on our purchase after being in escrow for over 45 days and hitting road block after road block. Our house and piece of property proved to be an obstacle to lend on due to a few things. Fred took our loan over and knew what the issues were, closed in about two weeks with a interest rate that was far less than we were able to get else where on the type of loan needed for this property. We are ecstatic to be moving in soon after almost giving up on this property we fell in love with the day we went to view it.
