I know this was not the easiest loan to execute as the non owner occupied dynamic made it a bit of a challenge. Jake was fantastic! Seriously! I’m no mortgage expert, and he broke everything down and helped me to understand each and every step along the way. He was always available if I had a question, no matter what time of the day or night. He was extremely kind and courteous with each and every interaction I had with him. Not only was he very helpful, but he kept everything going in a timely fashion and made sure it all funded and closed exactly on time. I couldn’t possibly be more pleased.
I usually do not take time to write reviews but I can't say enough about Fred and what he was able to do for us. We were just about to give up on our purchase after being in escrow for over 45 days and hitting road block after road block. Our house and piece of property proved to be an obstacle to lend on due to a few things. Fred took our loan over and knew what the issues were, closed in about two weeks with a interest rate that was far less than we were able to get else where on the type of loan needed for this property. We are ecstatic to be moving in soon after almost giving up on this property we fell in love with the day we went to view it.
