I usually do not take time to write reviews but I can't say enough about Fred and what he was able to do for us. We were just about to give up on our purchase after being in escrow for over 45 days and hitting road block after road block. Our house and piece of property proved to be an obstacle to lend on due to a few things. Fred took our loan over and knew what the issues were, closed in about two weeks with a interest rate that was far less than we were able to get else where on the type of loan needed for this property. We are ecstatic to be moving in soon after almost giving up on this property we fell in love with the day we went to view it.

Jake was a pleasure to work with. I was referred to him by a mutual friend. I spoke with him years before he handled our mortgage. He helped me through the process of learning how much I'd need to save for a down payment, credit score, and paperwork needed in order to fit my future payment into my budget. Years later when ready to buy he walked us through the process of pre-approval, underwriting, and all the closing steps. He kept in touch through email, phone, and text.
