Jake was fantastic! Seriously! I’m no mortgage expert, and he broke everything down and helped me to understand each and every step along the way. He was always available if I had a question, no matter what time of the day or night. He was extremely kind and courteous with each and every interaction I had with him. Not only was he very helpful, but he kept everything going in a timely fashion and made sure it all funded and closed exactly on time. I couldn’t possibly be more pleased.

Overall Affloans did an outstanding job. Fred Arnold paid close attention to our situation and he stepped in whenever there was a need. We were seeking a large loan and so I initiated a mortgage request with three companies, one of which was a large bank. Of the three Affloans outperformed the other two in almost every metric, the most important one being the appraisal of the property on which we were raising the mortgage. The Affloans appraiser was far more professional than the other two.
We had another lender set the bar really high and they couldn't get it done. American Family Funding refinanced our loan where the other guy couldn't.
