Not only have they mastered the nuances of their industry but they have also mastered the art of providing superior customer service. When they were helping me with something it was as though I was their only client; their focus was on helping me without any distractions. Everyone that I spoke with treated me as if they had known me for years even if I had never met them. Everyone was up to date on my situation; I never had to re-explain past conversations. This is a very comforting feeling when you are going through a new home purchase. He helped me through the process of learning how much I'd need to save for a down payment, credit score, and paperwork needed in order to fit my future payment into my budget. Years later when ready to buy he walked us through the process of pre-approval, underwriting, and all the closing steps. He kept in touch through email, phone, and text.
