Fred Kreger did a great job, the email video's detailing the different steps where very insightful and unique and the team always stayed on top of and anticipated any obstacle that may have presented itself. Could not have asked for a better team and made a complicated and usually difficult undertaking fairly painless.

Tom and The American Family Funding team were phenomenal with acquiring my wife and I our new home loan. Interest rates and fees were very comparable to the big banks and other lenders, and I knew being self-employed the possibilities were apparent of our loan not panning out, but they went the extra mile working diligently to explain the unique circumstances not always defined in financial paperwork. This is not my first experience with the American Family Team, and if my plans ever change from this being my retirement property, I would definitely use them again. I recommend Tom and the team highly for all my Real Estate Financial needs, in addition to my “family & friends” interested in 1st, 2nd, 3rd or their retirement home. “5 STARS” out of “5 STARS”!

Jake was fantastic! Seriously! I’m no mortgage expert, and he broke everything down and helped me to understand each and every step along the way. He was always available if I had a question, no matter what time of the day or night. He was extremely kind and courteous with each and every interaction I had with him. Not only was he very helpful, but he kept everything going in a timely fashion and made sure it all funded and closed exactly on time. I couldn’t possibly be more pleased.
