Tom Pflaumer was recommended to us by our CPA. We reached out to Tom several years ago to refinance our house, but Tom was unable to help us at that time. We were upside down with respect to the value of our home.

He kept in touch, watched home values, and worked with us until our home value, credit portfolio, etc., were aligned to enable us to work out a much more advantageous deal. We were able to pay off a second… mortgage with a high interest rate and another account. Our new payment, which includes the property taxes, is lower than the old payments.

Fred did a great job. In 2013 we had some financial issues arise that affected our credit (not bk or foreclosure), we have been working hard since then to make up for what used to be amazing credit. We weren't quiet ready to refi our mortgage, but some medical issues came up that made it inevitable. Over that last few months we reached out to 3 other lenders/brokers (including the major bank that had our original first and second) and they would recommend whatever was stated on their rate sheet.
