Patti and her team did a magnificent job! She helped us every step of the way! She is professional and communicates the process very clearly. She helped navigate us through the entire process. We have a business in addition to our regular income which can create both assurance to lenders as well as concern for unknown liabilities and she was able to put it all together. She is fantastic!
