Cualquier preocupacion que tuve fue tomada con importancia y concideracion. Devido a siertas situaciones personales yo pense que el proceso de la compra de mi casa seria mas complicado pero Fernando, Andrea y Kennedy (mi agente de bienes raices) formaron un excelente equipo de trabajo logrando el cierre de la compra de mi casa sin problema alguno y en un tiempo menor de lo usual. Patti Handy was recommended to my husband and I by our realtor when the lender we had chosen was missing deadlines and unresponsive. We started the loan application over with Patti and in one week she had moved it along faster than the first lender in three weeks. She kept in contact to let us know what needed to be done, sent email videos that explained every step, and was genuinely concerned with helping us get through the approval process to get our new home.
