Overall Affloans did an outstanding job. Fred Arnold paid close attention to our situation and he stepped in whenever there was a need. We were seeking a large loan and so I initiated a mortgage request with three companies, one of which was a large bank. Of the three Affloans outperformed the other two in almost every metric, the most important one being the appraisal of the property on which we were raising the mortgage.
