Patti Handy was recommended to my husband and I by our realtor when the lender we had chosen was missing deadlines and unresponsive. We started the loan application over with Patti and in one week she had moved it along faster than the first lender in three weeks. She kept in contact to let us know what needed to be done, sent email videos that explained every step, and was genuinely concerned with helping us get through the approval process to get our new home. Not only have they mastered the nuances of their industry but they have also mastered the art of providing superior customer service. When they were helping me with something it was as though I was their only client; their focus was on helping me without any distractions. Everyone that I spoke with treated me as if they had known me for years even if I had never met them. Everyone was up to date on my situation; I never had to re-explain past conversations. This is a very comforting feeling when you are going through a new home purchase. Fred drove out of his way to pick up our loan documents so he could start processing them right away, and he helped convince the listing agent to accept our offer in a competitive market.
