I usually do not take time to write reviews but I can't say enough about Fred and what he was able to do for us. We were just about to give up on our purchase after being in escrow for over 45 days and hitting road block after road block. Our house and piece of property proved to be an obstacle to lend on due to a few things. Fred took our loan over and knew what the issues were, closed in about two weeks with a interest rate that was far less than we were able to get else where on the type of loan needed for this property. We are ecstatic to be moving in soon after almost giving up on this property we fell in love with the day we went to view it.

Fred and Linda were very easy to work with. We were not the easiest clients to deal with, but they remained patient with us, worked extra hours and were always pleasant! If I had to do the whole process over again I would hands down use them again! Excellent service.
Jake is professional, kind and extremely helpful. This was a process out of my comfort zone and Jake made it a positive experience in every way. He went out of his way to assist and accommodate us as we have a very busy work schedule. Jake is the best he was encouraging ,supportive and helpful through this process. I highly recommend him. He is AWESOME!!!
