Patti Handy was recommended to my husband and I by our realtor when the lender we had chosen was missing deadlines and unresponsive. We started the loan application over with Patti and in one week she had moved it along faster than the first lender in three weeks. She kept in contact to let us know what needed to be done, sent email videos that explained every step, and was genuinely concerned with helping us get through the approval process to get our new home. We would highly recommend her and would give her 5 stars in all areas.
David Cantrell did a great job. He was great at communicating with me throughout the process. His support staff were great too. I would/will recommend him to friends and family when there in the process of funding a home.
