Unbelievable service! Patti is extremely knowledgeable, patient and was able to explain everything to my husband and I in simple terms. Things can be quite confusing in the mortgage world but Patti made sure that everything made sense to us. She would answer emails and phone calls on the weekends and always checked in with us to let us know how things were progressing. Fred and American Family Funding are the best!  We've been using them for loans and refinances since 2002, when we bought our first condo. He helped us get the best rate and the best loan every time.  He's always come through when we had problems as well.  Once a lender approved us, then realized my wife was on maternity leave in the middle of escrow, and decided to cancel our loan, past our contingencies.  Fred got us another lender at the last minute, with an even better term, which really saved us.  They're great!
