Patti Handy is second to none. She is thorough, easily accessible, extremely knowledgeable and one of the most trustworthy and ethical people I know. I have worked with Patti for years as I am a real estate appraiser and realtor/broker. I also know many people who have used her services repeatedly for years. I trust her expertise and know that she would never steer me (or my clients) wrong in the financing aspect of real estate.
