Fernando and Araceli were amazing! They went above and beyond as our loan officers to really walk us through the process and make such a important decision much easier and smooth. Given our agent was not as helpful, we really relied on Fernando and every step of the way he was professional, quick in response and really made us feel comfortable. They were both very responsive and explained the process in a language we understood. Hands down we would go with Fernando for any future mortgage loans. Thank you!!!
