I am very proud to be a member of the American Family Funding family. I recently joined American Family Funding after spending 9 years with the last mortgage Broker. American Family Funding is a Direct Lender as well as a mortgage Broker.

I have lived in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1983 and raised my two beautiful daughters who are now 28 yrs old and 26 yrs old as a single parent.

With over 30 years experience in the Lending Industry, Customer Service is my Priority. Shopping for a mortgage loan can be a pain staking process; however, it is my goal to make that process as simple as possible. I am always available to answer any questions but more importantly, I walk my clients through the home loan process to ensure that they are informed with the progress of their loan. I work hard to find the right loan to meet my client's financial needs. 

I am a Chamber Ambassador for the SCV Chamber of Commerce and currently serving as Chairperson of the Membership/Ambassador Committee. My volunteering and support resulted in my receiving the Ambassador of the Year Award for 2004. In addition, I was nominated from 2004 through 2007 for a Special Achievement Award and was honored by receiving the award in 2007.

Besides being very active with the Chamber of Commerce, I am also a member of Soroptimist of Greater Santa Clarita Valley, Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital Guild, Association of Women Entrepreneurs, Founding Member of Synergy Networking Group and served as President in 2007 and an Affiliate Member of SRAR.
