Please take a great recognition to Fred Kreger. I had several other loan companies whom I could of gone through but what I truly loved the most was Fred’s quick response and efficiency and always so friendly.
Fredrick Kreger and his support associates provided calm reassurance for me which helped make this transaction a good experience. Every question was answered and phone calls were returned promptly.
Fred, I would like to thank you on behalf of Toni and myself for all of your patience with the phone calls and e-mails, I could not of wished for a better experience than what I had with you and AFF.
Fred, I received your message this morning.  The funds were actually directly deposited into our account yesterday, and I enjoyed paying off our loans online!
Dear Fred, Thanks for all your help in getting the loan for our place. You were informative and helpful, especially as we were new at this.

The purpose of this list, as he described it, was to make sure that when you reflect back on your life, you will smile at all the memories and know that you spent your time in ways that were meaningful, fulfilling, and you made the most of your life.
I recently received from a respected colleague of mine a list called, “100 Things I Want to Do Before I Die.” The purpose of this list, as he described it, was to make sure that when you reflect back on your life, you will smile at all the memories and know that you spent your time in ways that were meaningful, fulfilling, and you made the most of your life. He passed out copies of the “100 Things” list, and I admit I was daunted at first. Staring back at me was a piece of paper with lines on it numbered 1 through 100. It was up to me to fill it! Where would I start? Was I aware of even 10 things I wanted to do before I died- not to mention 100? He told me about an article in a magazine regarding a woman who had written “run a marathon” on her “100 Things to Do” list, figuring that was about as silly as jumping out of an airplane, doing a triathlon or driving a race car,- three other things on her list. But…last September she ran her marathon! And she celebrated not only completing the race, but her willingness to take risks, and live her life to the fullest. Now ideas have begun forming faster than I can write them on my “100 Things” list. See Europe with my wife and kids, visit Australia and dive the Great Barrier Reef, shoot in the low 90’s in golf, own a Porsche or Corvette, buy a vacation house on the beach… And the greatest thing about the “100 Things” list is that you don’t just check things off, you keep adding to it. You talk to other people and they give you ideas to add, as well. Before you know it, you may have 200 things on your list. Celebrate the remainder of your year and life spending time doing the things you most want to do! Be able to smile at all the memories and experiences that have meaning for you and your family. P.S. Would you like to know what’s on my “100 Things to Do List? Just e-mail me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
