I am a licensed Real Estate Broker by the State of California Department of Real Estate and licensed by the Federal Nationwide mortgage Licensing System. I promote and practice the highest standards, ethical conduct, and provide expert knowledge and service to my clients and the community, in helping them with their lending needs.
I commenced my career in Real Estate in 1987 as a real estate sales person selling real estate in the Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley. I am completely familiar with all aspects of the acquisition and sale of real estate. I have focused my efforts in real estate finance for over twenty years. I am proud to be working as a Senior mortgage Advisor with American Family Funding, a mortgage company dedicated to integrity, honesty and with high standards and morals. As a full service mortgage banker and direct lender, our experienced staff offers expertise in every area of lending, with a full range of mortgage solutions specialized to find the right loan. I have lived in Santa Clarita, California since 1982 where I enjoy being heavily involved and giving back to the community in my different positions in youth sports, including Commissioner of Region 678 American Youth Soccer Organization, SCV Parks and Recreation and Hart High School. I have taught early morning seminary for my church youth for over twenty years and served in several other administrative responsibilities for my church. I enjoy spending time with my wife and our family, which consists of seven children, five of whom are married and have provided us with nine grand children. |
